Challenge
Assistant IQ needed a scalable onboarding solution that could reduce friction for internal teams while clearly communicating product functionality to external stakeholders. The challenge was simplifying a feature-dense SaaS platform into a narrative that felt intuitive and approachable.
Results
The final 5-minute walkthrough video was designed to onboard more than 200 internal representatives and function as a reusable internal marketing and sales asset. It also supports customer education efforts for US-based mortgage brokers evaluating or adopting the platform.
