2× the Usual Views.
I edit technical espresso machine reviews for Liz Happy Beans, a YouTube channel with 29.6K subscribers, and we’ve worked together on five videos so far. Together, we developed a consistent production standard, and our latest video reached 15.9K views in under two months, about double the channel’s usual performance. It also generated 789 hours of watch time and 54 new subscribers. The creator gave me access to the channel’s analytics, so we use real viewer data to shape each edit.

The AI Workflow
Espresso reviews depend on precise technical language, so I built a workflow that helps the edit without taking it over. In NotebookLM, I created a technical espresso glossary and used it to match each line of the script to the right footage in my media pool. I refined scripts with Claude and edited in DaVinci Resolve. This process reduced revisions and cut editing time by 30–40% on the last two videos.
